Under the guidance of Dr. Himanshu Patel, Head of the Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering Department and Faculty Advisor of ISA Students’ Chapter Nirma University, and Prof. Sneh Soni, the ISA Students’ Chapter Nirma University hosted the “All Gujarat Automation Engineers Meet” (AGAEM’24), formally known as “AGICEM,” on August 10, 2024, which featured distinguished experts like Mr. Pramod Parikh, who is an ISA-certified SIS-SIL specialist, Dr. Jagdish Shukla, owner of Servilink Systems Limited, Mr. Rahul Aggrawal, President of ISA Gujarat Section, and Mr. Nachiket Joshi. With participation from more than 12 colleges from all over Gujarat and over 100 attendees, the event included EKATRA 2.0, a research poster competition on “Industrial Automation,” wherein “LD College of Engineering” came out as a winner for their outstanding presentation. The event also saw the launch of the 18th edition of the ISA Students’ Chapter Nirma University featured magazine, “MAG-IC,” further continuing the chapter’s legacy.
