Team “Re-Build Bharat” from the Department of Electronics & Instrumentation, Institute of Technology, Nirma University, secured 2nd place in the Open Automation Challenge 2026.
The national competition, organized by B&R Industrial Automation (ABB India Ltd), ran from 25 June to 21 July and featured 200 teams from colleges across India. The grand finale took place at AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune, on 21 July.
