The Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering Department, IT, NU proudly hosted a national-level prestigious event, the “MITSUBISHI ATC MEET-2024,” on the 22nd and 23rd of February 2024. The event was graced by Mr. Tomohiro Yoshida, Director, Factory Automation and Industrial Division, Mitsubishi Electric, Japan, as the Chief Guest, and Mr. Dhaivat Chudasama, Head, Instrumentation, Linde India, as the Guest of Honor. A pivotal moment was marked, and that was the inauguration of the expanded lab of Mitsubishi within the department. This significant enhancement solidifies our strong collaboration with Mitsubishi Electric India, reaffirming our position as the leading “authorized training center” across India. The expanded lab stands as a testament to our commitment to fostering innovation and excellence in automation technologies. Eminent experts and leaders from MEI, various industries, and ATC partners from India discussed the trends and technologies of automation, and a Pan-India project competition on automation was held as well.
