The International Society of Automation, Students’ Chapter Nirma University, organised an event named ABHIVRIDDHI from 28 -29 October 2023. The event was a blend of technology and finance. It took place under the guidance of Dr. Himanshu Patel, who is the Head of the Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering at Nirma University, and our faculty advisor, Prof.Sneh Soni. The event featured a diverse range of workshops, like “Robodrive” which offered participants the opportunity to construct a gesture-controlled robotic car, an IoT-based home automation workshop and “Bullseye” which provided a virtual environment for stock market exploration. The main feature of the event was “BidBots”. Also, the IoT workshop was successfully conducted under the guidance of Mr. Sarwam Miyani. Here, the participants engaged in competitive bidding for components and project pitching.
