Mitsubishi Cup-MECUP, a National level Automation Competition for Students was organised by Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt Ltd. at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies in 2019. Selected 35 teams out of more than 130 proposals received from all over the country participated in the competition. Team ?CON-SL-E 3.0? of the Department of Instrumentation and Control won the Silver Cup with a cash prize of Rs 75,000/-.
