Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Institute of Technology, Nirma University takes immense proud to announce that three of our students working under the aegis of ISA student’s chapter Nirma University are selected to receive the prestigious ISA PMCD Scholarship Award for the year 2020-2021. Students successfully achieved a total scholarship of $2500. The ISA Process Measurement and Control Division accept scholarship applications every year. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to
process measurement and control.

Students successfully achieved a total scholarship of USD 6000. They have received this for their illustration of outstanding potential for contributions to the field of automation and instrumentation systems. ISA Educational Foundation Scholarships are awarded to college or university students who demonstrate outstanding potential for long-range contribution to the fields of automation and control. The scholarship awards support tuition and related expenses and research activities and initiatives.
Team CON-SOL-E of IC department, Institute of Technology, Nirma University of won the GOLD CUP at a prestigious national level competition MECUP 2020. Team got prize money worth Rs 1,00,000 and MITSUBISHI will sponsor entire team’s trip to Japan.
Students of the department have won silver cup consecutively three times in a row [2017,2018 and 2019] at MECUP, a prestigious National Level Automation Competition for Students organised by Mitsubishi Electric India Pvt Ltd.
The Department is highly privileged to announce that the students from IC branch have achieved the international scholarship [2019 ISA Educational Foundation Scholarship] of $1500 – $2000. The felicitated students had been working under the aegis of ISA student’s chapter Nirma University.
Innovseed Incubation LLP- Project Expo-2019 held at Surat Convention Centre supported by NITI Aayog. IC department’s student team participated and won second prize.
Makerfest – A Project expo -2019 held at M.S.University, Baroda. IC department’s student team participated and won second prize.
Team Con-Sol-E 3.0 from IC dept. IT, NU participated in Mitsubishi Electric Cup – A National Level Automation competition organized at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research And Studies, Faridabad during 14 –16 February 2019. Team Con-Sol-E 3.0 secured Silver cup for the year 2019 with cash prize of Rs. 75,000/-

Team Con-Sol-E secured 2 nd place and become winner of Silver Cup along with Rs.75000/- Prize.

The felicitated student had been working under the aegis of ISA student’s chapter Nirma University.
